This acceptable use policy sets out the terms between you (the visitor to this website) and Kate Cooke Design under which you may access this website www.katecookedesign.com (“this site”).
This acceptable use policy applies to all users of, and visitors to, this site. Your use of this site means that you accept, and agree to abide by, all the policies in this acceptable use policy, which supplement my terms of website use.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Kate Cooke Design collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users of this website. Users may be asked for appropriate personal identification information to maintain contact when discussing requirements or our services, and for the solicitation of any feedback or service advocacy. Furthermore, we securely disregard any personal identification information we may hold, upon request.

SHOP POLICY
These terms and conditions apply to the use of, and orders placed on the katecookedesign.com website and telephone/email orders placed with Kate Cooke. By placing an order with Kate Cooke, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Buying and selling of any Kate Cooke artwork gives the customer no rights to the intellectual property of the design unless agreed under separate contract with Kate Cooke.

Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. Please note that there may be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.

Orders can be processed directly though this website. Kate Cooke processes card payments securely via two third party payment systems, all transactions are processed using a secure server. Kate Cooke does not hold any customer card details and will never pass your details on to anyone.

All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock there may be short delays in delivery, and we will notify you immediately. Kate Cooke will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems, failures or sub-contractor transport or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident. Kate Cooke reserves the right to refuse to sell to customers they feel may cause detriment to the business. Kate Cooke artwork bought via the retail site is for personal use only.

Kate Cooke is happy to exchange or refund any unwanted non personalised items or faulty full priced items returned to us in original condition and packaging, unused and with tags attached within 28 days, however original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please email or phone her before sending any goods back so we know to expect it. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you return any items via recorded post as she cannot be held responsible for any return items that go missing. Kate Cooke uses a variety of delivery companies to deliver customer goods, these companies deliver within the normal working hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure the goods can be received within these timescales.
