Bright Ideas and Creative Adventures

Artwork by Kate Cooke Design

If you love colour, pattern and all things decorative then you are in the right place.
Kate is a self-diagnosed pattern obsessive and loves nothing better than to create art inspired by the decorative world around her.  Hunting out beautiful tiles, exotic pots and colourful textiles on her travels and hoarding vintage crockery, object d’art and anything quirky and colourful like a human magpie.
All these things inspire her artwork and give her the reference material for her paint adventures.

Another obsession is books especially art ones and here she will be sharing with you her latest finds along with art materials, places she’s visited and her latest work.
