Join Kate in her studio

Based in the sleepy seaside village of Warsash in Hampshire, Kate is very proud of her new studio. For the last few years she has been sharing her art and design experience both online and teaching face to face in her local sailing club. Now she's moved into a larger studio and can offer small group and one to one art sessions.

Her wealth of experience as both a printed textile designer and an illustrator means she has lots to offer to her local creative community and she loves nothing better than researching and instigating all sorts of different mediums, art styles and techniques.

Her speciality has always been painting in gouache, but she also loves to use watercolour, ink, colour pencil, collage, acrylic and various print techniques.

Her aim is to instigate experimentation with all sorts of techniques and mediums, responding to what ever people want to try. She loves to give advice on creative ideas and designs and is happy to help students with their portfolios and art projects.

The sessions will generally last 2 hours, sometimes longer if the technique requires it, and run with a minimum of 4 people.

There are also one to one sessions available on request.

Above are the art sessions on offer although if you have something specific you'd like to try please contact her to discuss.

If you would like to be added to her "Art Session" email list or you are interested in doing any of these sessions please email her.
